​I am a doctoral researcher at The University of Texas at Austin, immersed in the study of Education Leadership and Policy.

 

My scholarly inquiries delve into the narrative architectures of non-teaching administrators, exploring how their worldviews illuminate the broader environments of policy implementation and institutional action. Through a mixed-methods lens, I examine the profound intersections of human behavior, structural coherence, and educational outcomes.

My research grapples with the complexities of institutional equity and policy coherence. My work bridges the gap between qualitative narratives and quantitative realities , with recent scholarship accepted into the Education Policy Analysis Archives and The High School Journal. I am actively engaged in the academic discourse surrounding equity and leadership, presenting multiple papers at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the American Educational Research Association (AERA)
